Bookender

Bookender was made in the style of "Connect the Letters," an early 2026 TikTok trend.

The goal of Bookender is to find stronger, valid words that start and end with the letters chosen by the two players. Lose all 3 hearts, and you're out.

Letter values: A1, B3, C3, D2, E1, F4, G2, H4, I1, J8, K5, L1, M3, N1, O1, P3, Q10, R1, S1, T1, U1, V4, W4, X8, Y4, Z10.

• Each letter can only be picked once per game by either player.
• Letters have different values; if two words are the same length, the one with higher-value letters wins.
• Each round goes: 3-second countdown, host picks a letter, guest picks a letter, results show, repeat until someone loses all 3 hearts or letters run out.
• The host picks first letter; the guest picks last letter.
• Players get 10 seconds to type a valid word.
• The word worth more points wins.
• If all letters are used first (13 rounds), the player with more hearts wins.
• Ties are draws.
